- 4 years of Athletic Training at Samford University, University of Alabama at Birmingham, and surrounding high schools

Josh has trained a variety of clients with a variety of needs from modality issues to Sport Specific work.
Philosophy: By understanding my clients goals, I am able to design a multi-faceted workout that will be fun, up tempo, and also increase the fitness level of the client. I believe anyone can be physically active. The key is doing it in a way that is enjoyable so it seems like less work...maybe.
