Philosophy: I believe that clients should receive a well-balanced program. Proprioception, weight training and cardio vascular work are important to health as well as appropriate nutrition. With this in mind, I offer a wide variety of capabilities. No work out is the same and the clients appreciate the workout I give them and the facility. Humor is an integral part of my personality as well as being a motivator for clients achieving success.
